Dear Manager Applicants:
Please review the following before filling out an application.
1. Manager applicants must possess a high school diploma or GED, no exceptions.
2. Manager applicant must have at least one year of restaurant management experience or an associates degree.
3. Crew that are currently employed with the company, will be considered for a management position only after the Store Manager has made a recommendation.
How your application is processed:
1. After you have completed your online application, your information is emailed to the owner. If the owner is interested in setting up an interview, you will be contacted with available appointment times.
2. Please do not call our office to check on the status of your application, unless you suspect computer error.
3. Applicants that did not meet minimum requirements or did not successfully score on their assessment will not be contacted. If you have not heard from us, you were probably not selected for an interview. Please reapply in a few months.
1. Applicants are expected to dress business casual.
2. You may bring a resume if you have one, but it is not required.
3. You may also bring any certifications that are current, such as ServeSafe.
4. Please arrive 5 minutes early to complete a form.
5. Our interviews are not conducted at a restaurant, but at our business office located in the Sunplex Industrial Park in Ocean Springs.
